Booking Requirements
At Pro-Line Concrete Pumping, we aim to make your experience smooth and efficient. Please review the following before booking our services:
📍 Site Address & Contact Details
We require the full site address, along with the customer’s name, phone number, and email address prior to confirming your booking.
📏 Supplier & Volume of Concrete
Please provide the exact amount of concrete to be pumped, measured in cubic metres (m³) and who will be providing the concrete.
📐 Pumping Distance
Let us know the maximum distance from the vehicle to the furthest point the concrete or screed needs to reach.
🗓️ Date & Time Coordination
When you are arranging your concrete delivery, make sure it is scheduled to an hour after our arrival time to allow set up of the pump.
Important Notes Before We Arrive
✔️ Pump-Ready Concrete
When ordering your own concrete, please ensure it is a ‘Pump Mix’, designed specifically for efficient pumping.
✔️ Pump Priming
Please have one additional bag of cement available on-site for priming the pump before we begin.
✔️ Vehicle Access & Clean-Up
Ensure there is a suitable location for our vehicle to park, wash out, and dispose of any waste concrete safely on-site.
